Chris Blaich – Owner and CEO

Chris has over 28 years experience in the construction industry. Prior to moving to Jacksonville, FL Chris sold a successful contracting business in 2018 that he owned and operated for 14 years. Chris Blaich owned and operated one of the largest general contracting businesses in Tuscaloosa, Alabama for 14 years.

He developed expertise in the divisions of painting, drywall, metal studs, acoustical ceilings, stucco and EIFS. When Chris is not working he enjoys hunting, fishing and the outdoors.

As a licensed HVAC contractor and master plumbing company in Jacksonville, FL, NEFL Contractors & Maintenance holds all required state and local licenses for HVAC installation and repair, commercial and residential plumbing, painting, and general contracting.

Shean Bryant has been a licensed plumber since 1998 and a master plumber since 2018. He is also a certified licensed backflow operator.

Together the team is fully background-checked and committed to quality workmanship on every project.

Darryl Jordan – Owner and President

Darryl Jordan is a South African-born Chemical Engineer, business executive, and strategic leader with more than 35 years of international corporate experience across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain management.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management, and is currently pursuing his second Master’s degree. Throughout his career, Darryl has held senior executive leadership positions, including Vice President of Supply Chain for multinational organizations and Managing Director and CEO of several engineering and manufacturing companies.

Darryl has served on numerous boards and executive committees of multinational corporations, bringing extensive local and international exposure across all major business disciplines. His expertise spans operations, strategy, finance, project execution, organizational development, and business transformation.

Recognized as a visionary, results-driven leader, Darryl has a proven track record of developing and implementing business strategies that drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Beyond his corporate roles, Darryl serves as a board member and trustee for several U.S. and international nonprofit organizations, reflecting his passion for community impact, leadership development, and global outreach.

Steven Mallett is a business and operations leader with a strong background in project management, team development, and organizational growth.
